ARBOR VISTA APARTMENTS

Our one bedrooms are renting for $500 a month, and our two bedrooms are $625, the deposit is $300 and there is a $35 application fee. We pay the following utilities; water, trash, and sewage. You are responsible for putting the electric in your name, and providing the office with the account number as confirmation.

Our apartments do not have washer and dryer hook-up, however we do have a fairly large laundry room on site, which is equipped with 6 full size washer and dryers for your convenience 24 hours a day.

Every floor plan has a spacious living/dining room, and over sized bedrooms with huge walk-in closets for addition storage space.
The one bedroom floor plan is roughly 850 square feet, and the 2 bedroom is just slightly larger than 900 square feet.
Every apartment has the following amenities included: Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, ceiling fans, central heat & air, private landings, or patio's, and that's just to mention a few.

Some additional features you will find on our park like grounds will be, fruit trees for the residents to eat from, a large newly remodeled clubhouse, 24 hour emergency maintenance, not to mention you will be in walking distances to public schools and parks, as well as public transportation located near by.
